At PsyBars, we value every customer and want you to love your experience with our mushroom-inspired chocolate products. Because of the nature of our items, we maintain a clear, fair, and transparent return policy to protect both you and our quality standards.

📦 Return Eligibility

Due to food-safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on edible products once they have left our facility, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product or quantity.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • There was an issue caused by shipping error or packaging.

If your situation fits any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.

🧾 How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at support@psybars.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos (if applicable: damaged product, packaging, or label)

  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll offer one of the following options:

    • Replacement of the same product

    • Store credit for future purchase

    • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

  • We’ll notify you via email once your refund is issued.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially consumed edible products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information by the customer

  • Items seized or delayed by customs due to local restrictions

📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email support@psybars.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
